Annmarie is the founder of Catalyst Executive Group, an executive coaching and leadership development firm based in Oregon.

She brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in the technology industry building teams, navigating turnarounds, and leading through the high-stakes decisions that define careers and organizations. That experience is the foundation of her coaching practice: not theory, but hard-won clarity about what leadership actually requires. Her work is further grounded in formal professional coaching certification, combining real-world leadership depth with structured coaching methodology.

Annmarie started Catalyst Executive Group on a conviction she developed over two decades in the field: human potential is the greatest competitive advantage, and it compounds when you invest in it deliberately. She has seen, firsthand, what separates leaders who reach their full potential from those who plateau. It almost never comes down to talent or opportunity.
